Nike’s NYC, LA, and Chicago City teams partnered with Instrument to create a scalable storytelling platform that amplified authentic voices from Black, Latina, and non-binary communities. Across in-app experiences and social content, we developed channel-specific narratives and art direction that celebrated local changemakers—from activists and founders to coaches and athletes—creating a cohesive digital ecosystem built to inspire the next generation.
